This foundation was started by the family of David Buttaro, to honor his legacy and to keep his memory and vision alive by generously giving back to the community of those affected by a cancer diagnosis. David started this journey when diagnosed with cancer in 2010, and wanted to help anyone and everyone he could. We are keeping Dave's big, compassionate heart alive! Thanks to everyone who continues to contribute to our foundation year after year... without you we couldn't do this!
David was honored and presented with the 2012 Courage Award from the Pottstown Memorial Regional Medical Cancer Center. His dedication and willingness to help others along with his determination and persistence to find a cure for his own disease was highly noted by staff in the oncology department. A very proud moment for David (and his family and friends)!

The family of David Buttaro dedicated a clock at Brookside Country Club in July of 2019, near the 6th anniversary of Davids death. David loved his family, friends and also his Brookside family. A special thanks go to Dave's wife Cheryl, daughter Rachel and brother Ron (all pictured below) for funding this spectacular memorial in his honor! The ultimate tribute to larger than life guy!
